LinkedIn announced you can now hire through Claude. Describe the role in plain English. Claude drafts the job post. You edit, approve, and it goes live on LinkedIn - free. LinkedIn's Hiring Pro then surfaces candidates and builds your shortlist.

Two things worth knowing:
The full experience is US-only for now. Anthropic's new Claude Duet app for small businesses is on Pro and Max plans in the US. But the LinkedIn plugin is in Claude's connector library for all Claude users, UK included.

Copilot support is coming soon, so Microsoft users get the same route.
